We love making reusable snack bags, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your order once your order is back in usps possession.
if you would like an exchange, or store credit instead, we are happy to do that as well- also pending usps possession due to each situation.
Used snack bags that have been played with, soiled, or washed are not refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of the situation.
Once your snack bag has left our home and is usps possession; we are no longer responsible for how they handle/when they deliver your item(s). We offer different types of shipping as well to protect your investment (first class mail-does not carry insurance, priority mail-does carry insurance.)
